GAP Community Center is pleased to announce that the Health First Collaborative has awarded $30,000 to extend our work in education, outreach, and vaccination initiatives to fight COVID-19! In particular, this funding will deepen our partnerships with local schools to educate parents about the vaccine and increase access to the vaccine for children. GAPCC is grateful for this opportunity to continue working with a network of local organizations through the Chicagoland Vaccine Partnership.
